Delivery
Delivery takes up to five working days from day of order. If your item is ‘on the shelf’ then we’ll aim to dispatch on the same day – when orders are received before 1pm. If not, we’ll have it manufactured and dispatched within two to three working days. Our chosen couriers deliver between 0800 & 1800 Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on a Saturday, please get in touch should you require AM or PM specifically. Delivery is free of charge but the courier will require a signature.

Returns
We will only refund goods which are returned unused and in original packaging. Or, if the product has a manufacturing defect. You can return your item via any courier including Royal Mail/Parcelforce to our Bridgend Address. Refunds can take between 5 and 10 working days.
