Can I book a delivery slot?
Our chosen couriers deliver between 0800 & 1800 Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on a Saturday, please get in touch should you require AM or PM specifically.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is Free of Charge. Get in touch for bulk quantities and we may be able to save you money.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take up to five working days from day of order.

When will my delivery be dispatched?
If it’s on the shelf then we’ll aim to dispatch on the same day when orders are received before 1pm. If not we’ll have it manufactured and dispatched within two to three working days.
Can I track my delivery?
We’ll advise you when your order has been dispatched, the courier will contact you should there be any problems delivering.
Can I change my delivery date?
This often depend on the size of the order, i.e. whether a parcel is sent individually or on a pallet. If the product hasn’t been dispatched then we can change this.

How long does a refund take to process?
Between 5 & and 10 working days from refund to the credit/debit card used to order.
What is your refund procedure for online orders?
We will only refund goods which are returned unused and in original packaging. Or, if the product has a manufacturing defect.
